Support Memberships

Loaded Commerce stands behind its product with support and patch update access for all 6.3/6.4 and 6.5 purchases as long as your hosting environment meets the minimum requirements.  6.5 is not a patch or free upgrade from 6.4 and requires an upgrade purchase.

Live Chat Service hours for cart support are M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time. All Chats in English Only.

When live chat is closed, please email support@loadedcommerce.com with your order number. We do not support local installs, Window server installations, custom templates, third party addons or other languages. 

Included Support Plan Details

  • Service Level Agreement typically 1-2 business days
  • Email and Live Chat only. We do not offer phone support.
  • Access to patches for store maintenance, (labor not included)
  • Loaded Commerce 6.5 subscriptions include support as long as your subscription is active, but it is the customer's responsibility to keep their site patched up.
