You will get all the above listed in your cart admin panel >> Modules >> Shipping. You just need to select the module and click on Install or remove , to enable/install/Unistall the selected module as specified in the below screen shot.

If you have the module already installed you just need to select the respective module and then click on edit, in order to update the shipping module details . You will alse get option to "Remove Module" , this will remove the installed module and the shipping module will not be shown on the checkout page once removed. Please refer to the below screen shot for edit/remove options.
