I have locked myself out of my store.. HELP!

As long as you have a valid order for support of your purchase of CRE Loaded PRO or B2B we will assist you with resetting your store login username and password.  Support is good for one year from date of purchase of your software.  You need to email us your order number, hosting control panel access and the username and password you want your store reset to and we will do this as a support request.  Email support@creloaded.com for help on this issue.  If the support is expired, we will advise you to purchase annual support for help with this issue.  If you are using the free CE version you will need to buy support in order to get our assistance for this matter.
